Gaming Writer Applications [Extended]

Want to write about games? Here's your chance:

We are looking for two new gaming writers. In order to be successful with this position you must be punctual, enjoy writing, and enjoy gaming. For your application we would like you to write a 500-1000 word article about your favourite game. Please be sure to include its redeeming qualities, what's fun about it, and why people should buy the game. Please include a list of the game consoles that you own, including, but not limited to Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DSi, PSP, iPhone/iTouch, etc... Preference will be given to those that own an Xbox 360 or PS3. Among other information please include what types of games you play, how many games you buy per year, real life name, forum name, location (country/timezone), age, windows live messenger address, and past writing experience.

Crap. All I got is a PC. You know PCs have almost every game that's available to consoles, if not now then eventually. I don't play a variety of games, but I have a good portion of the well know ones. I mostly play CS:S and Warcraft 3 currently, as well as Runescape, of course. I don't know how well my gaming critiques go. I literally have no taste when it comes to anything. I can spot a bad game, but on the whole, I enjoy most games. Anyways, I might apply, but probably won't get it. xD DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PC GAMERS!!! Ironic statement as everyone here uses a PC to play at least Runescape.

^ If we were to get 2 successful applicants and one was PC and another was 360 I would be happy.

I've never owned a console (yes, I'm so primitive, ain't I? ) though I have played on friend's ones before. I have played and still play lots of different types of PC Games. I think many times PC games are overlooked since Console games are usually better graphical quality. I think there's probably a higher amount of people who play PC games both because PCs are so versatile and more people have them, and because PC game types range wider than Console games.

I'd enjoy reading some PC game articles. Goodluck to everyone.

Well I just recently submitted my application. Luckily for me I am multi-console owner. Meaning that I play my PC and Xbox 360 frequently. Keeping my fingers crossed >.<
