so i go to my email (gmail) and this message was in the same formate as the runescape ones the only reason i know it is fake because i had gotten a gmail account last month or so and i still havn't change it to it on runescape |

and other reason its fake is that jagex never, i repeat NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER send emails, if they want to contact you, they do it thro the jagex message center, which you log into at http://WWW.RUNESCAPE.COM no other one. That link is not even the jagex site, it is just a hyperlink where you can insert text.. watchout, make this a sticky or something. |

That is definately fake, notice its securerunescape.com instead of runescape.com!! Only enter your name and password on http://www.runescape.com |

1. jagex uses secure.runescape.com not securerunescape.com. 2. the NEVER send emails. 3. Whoever sent it cant speak good english, jagex CAN spell, and DO NOT use abbreviations. (i highlighted errors- spelling and grammatical) this autta be stickied for a while so people dont go there. |

That's the one , you should go there and read mail.. but this is what they will send you, First, they will not ask for your password OR ANYTHING SIMILAR second, they will only GIVE U UR PASSWORD back if u use the customer service |

Just dont trust any emails from jagex. They said they will never email you and if you get a email delete it! |

pretty much just delete the email before u even open them...considering jagex never sends emails u wouldnt even really bother to read it in case opening it sent a keylogger |
